Updated poppler due to more security fixes! (Any other PDF suite not based on historically proven buggy xpdf?) I never asked for stable update as I never verified it worked there.

Noticed that brconfig man page and command use "ipf" as sub-command for pfil(9) support for pf(4). Asked tech-kern about renaming it (with previous feedback and ideas from peter). (Later I actually patched these, but still not committed as of 28/Jan/2006.)
