Removing DEPENDS on papersize for enscript, magicfilter, a2ps, and psutils.Made it so freetds installed to correct prefix before and now fixing other packages that depended on that. (I forgot to commit.)
pkg_install was updated to work with different versions of Berkeley DB. (Later I looked and saw my version supports more versions of Berkeley DB still though.)
