Worked on script to build a pkgsrc database about meta-info of all packages. It is text based and is similar to Debian's available files. I ran it against the packages for 2.0/i386 locally on the ftp server.

I had moved to new tiff months ago, but never updated pkgsrc due to various problems I was finding. Recently a security issues were reported, so I committed new tiff to pkgsrc today. I tested builds on Mac OS X, Solaris, Linux and NetBSD 1.6.x first. The hardest problem was bumping PKGREVISIONs for all the packages that depended on the tiff shared libraries. I made a list based on the "available" database I had made (listed libraries needed by many packages) and also did some greps of packages including the tiff buildlink3.mk.
