Worked on my patches for pkg_install regarding my April, 2003 PR 21095. Then I imported to pkgsrc-wip as pkg_install-testing. It includes DB functionality on different platforms. It includes a new pkg_add -u switch (and -r is old -u). This package can be registered as a package.
