Send-pr: pkg/23368: abiword patch-ac breaks build with gcc 3.3.1 on Linux (fredb fixed this; and I closed the PR on same day.)

Send-pr: pkg/23369: various gnome packages build fails due to -lintl (Closed by wiz on 20/Nov/2004: "Feedback timeout." because I didn't test and report back.)

On a AMD K6-2 450 MHz NetBSD system doing a "make" in editors/abiword took:

real    18m17.867s
user    12m26.485s
sys     1m52.910s

On a dual Celeron 400 MHz CPU SMP-enabled Linux system:

real    40m8.907s
user    34m14.090s
sys     5m29.300s

I was surprised that the dual-CPU box was a lot slower when noticed on some other builds last week. The buildlinking was faster -- probably due to faster (but less safe) file system.
