Finished patching koffice for gcc 3.3.1.

Imported math/bc. (And removed from pkgsrc-wip.) I used:

cvs -d :ext:reed@cvs.NetBSD.ORG:/cvsroot import pkgsrc/math/bc TNF pkgsrc-base

Also updated math/Makefile and doc/CHANGES.

Send-pr: pkg/23009: perl build waiting for input at site-specific manual pages (Noticed on 22/Sep/2003.) (I committed one line patch and closed PR on 06/Jan/2004.)

Updated net/md-whois to 4.6.7.

Send-pr: pkg/23010: x11/openmotif needs tbl (First patched on 25/Sep/2003.) (M. Drochner did this on 09/Jul/2004: he set TBL in groff/builtin.mk and uses it. It was later redone tools.mk and I closed PR on 21/Dec/2004.)
