Cliff set up reverse DNS for me. Yeaahh :)
18/Mar/2002
downtime 6:58 a.m. to 9:17 a.m.
their website said they were doing work this morning
they told me to reboot (I didn't) and then restart interface
then they realized the problem was on their side and it was fixed in 30 minutes.
19/Mar/2002
Downtime 2:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Spoke with Randy around 9:45.
I couldn't ping their gateway, but I could get to another remote
server on my same network (it was slow).
??/Apr/2002
DSL was down at 11:52 a.m.
Called Whidbey.net at 12:29 and they said they were replacing switch
and should be up shortly. Called again at 1:16 and spoke with Justin;
he said they scheduled at ATM change from 12 to 2. They may add my email
to their database to inform me of future upgrades.
10/Sep/2002
Very slow to some sites yesterday. Don't know who is responsible.
Anyways, today my connection was down to internet
(except I could use another system on same network over DSL).
Kevin at Whidbey.net told me (at 2:09 p.m.) that they just rebooted
main router and should be up soon.
It was up at 2:24 p.m.

Reverse DNS changed unexpectantly. This broke some backups (which
used ssh authorized_keys with from="host" setting).
Cliff quickly fixed this for me on the phone. :)
23/Jul/2003
Default gateway was unavailable starting at 7:11 a.m.
I could ping it after about a minute or two, but couldn't get beyond it.
Technical support voice mail said closed until 8:00 a.m.
I called at 7:27 a.m. and main operator told me that
software is being upgraded and should be fixed soon.
I called tech support again at 8:07. Automatically put on hold.
Kevin answered at 8:11: "We are in the process of fixing it as
we speak." He didn't know when it would be finished.
It appeared to be mostly fixed at 8:21 a.m.,
but I was unable to get to some routes
(maybe stopping at their 209.166.93.254 router). This appeared to be fixed
too at 8:28 a.m.
